London youth games Finals, Crystal Palace -- 30/6/07

Hopefully we will be seeing our gymnasts from the Bronze, Silver and Gold competition team in this competition. We will only know after the Preliminaries. TBC

Bronze, Silver and Bronze at East London GC, Becton -- 20/5/07

All of our Gymnasts who did the blue competition last Autumn have moved up to the Bronze level this term. It will be their first competition on the full size floor and not along a tumble strip. As with the White and Blue competition, our Gymnasts walked out with a substantial amount of medals, pins and excellent placings. Gymnasts receive a pin when they score over 17 marks.This is when they must move up to the next level.

White and Blue at North East London Gym Club -- 18/3/07

Our Gymnasts who have been training towards the Blue and White for at least one term will be eligible to take part in this competition. For all of the gymnasts it will be their first one in the new competition year. All the gymnasts who did the White competition will be doing the blue one and all the children too young last year will be starting with the White one.

London Youth Games Preliminaries, East London Gym Club, Becton -- 17/6/07

More than 30 London Boroughs take part in this prestigious London event every year. This competition is like a 'mini under 19's Olympics'. All sports you could name are represented and culminates in the finals at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. Thousands of London youth take part in anything from squash to archery, football to gymnastics. Our girls looked as professional and elegant as ever and did extremely well, however we will be looking towards getting into the finals this year - touch wood.
